Who we are
Your personal information is being collected from you by DingGo AU Pty Ltd ACN 630 000 823 (us, we, our) in your capacity as a member of ‘Club DingGo’.

What personal information we collect
The personal information we may collect about you as a ‘Club DingGo’ member includes:
- your name and contact details (address, email, phone number),
- your insurance details (insurance policy number, insurance policy start date) and any other information contained in any insurance policy documents you provide to us, and
- your car registration information.
How we collect your personal information
We collect personal information directly from you through:
- our website forms or applications, and
- email and phone communications.
We may also collect personal information from a third party who has captured your personal information and shared it with us (for example a car dealership who provided you with your ‘Club DingGo’ membership).
Why we collect your personal information
We collect your personal information to:
- deliver our services to you (including the services you are entitled to a ‘Club DingGo’ member),
- confirm your identity and manage our relationship with you, including contacting you about any changes to services we have provided to you,
- respond to inquiries and provide customer support,
- inform you of promotions (you can opt-out at any time), and
- comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Who we share your personal information with
The personal information we hold about you will be shared with our associated business entities and with your insurer if we lodge an insurance claim on your behalf. We may also disclose your personal information to:
- third-party service providers (such as smash repairers, assessors and hire car companies) who assist us in delivering services,
- third parties who provide services directly to us (some of whom may operate outside of Australia), and
- government or regulatory bodies when required by law.
We do not store any of your information outside Australia.
